Expo Tel Aviv hosts a wide range of events – from exhibitions and international conventions to shows, trade fairs, corporate events, launch events and events for the general public. The venue is suitable for types of small-scale events and mega-productions.
The venue has eight display pavilions of various sizes, twenty convention halls and a variety of open-air spaces. Every space can be hired separately or in combination with other spaces, according to scale and type of the event.
The capacity of the spaces varies according to the seating arrangements. The large display pavilions can accommodate tens of thousands of visitors, while the convention halls and smaller rooms are suitable for dozens to hundreds of participants. The Expo production team will help you choose the suitable hall based on the size of the event.
Yes. The venue is equipped with advanced power and communication infrastructure, high-speed internet and professional audio-visual equipment. Sound, projection, lighting and technical support services are available throughout the event.
Expo has a network of approved partner providers for catering, production and decoration. However, it is possible to consider the integration of third-party service providers, subject to prior approval and in coordination with the venue management.
The venue is located in the north of Tel Aviv, in proximity to the Ayalon Freeway and the Tel Aviv University-Expo railway station. Visitors have access to approximately 2,500 on-site parking spaces, plus another 2,000 in parking areas nearby. The venue is easily accessible by public transportation from all areas of the country.
Absolutely. All halls and public areas are accessible, including walkways, elevators and accessible restrooms. There are also dedicated parking places for the disabled at the main entrances.
