If you do not agree to the terms of use, please refrain from using the Services and\/or the Website and\/or the Application. Expo Tel Aviv reserves the right to amend and update these Terms of Use. The amendments will come into force on the date of the last update of the Terms of Use, and the continued use of the Services after the date of the last update shall constitute the User\u2019s agreement to be bound by such amendments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">The Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, can be viewed by clicking the link <b data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"66\">\u201cTerms of Use\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">(B) Definitions<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"5\" data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">The following terms shall carry the meaning set forth beside them, unless specifically stated otherwise:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,0,0\">5.1. <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">\u201cWebsite\u201d<\/b> &#8211; the Expo Tel Aviv website.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,1,0\">5.2. <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">\u201cApplication\u201d<\/b> &#8211; the Expo Tel Aviv application for supporting devices, which can be downloaded from the App Store, Google Play and\/or any other application store which may allow the download of the Application in the future.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,2,0\">5.3. <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">\u201cDevice\u201d<\/b> &#8211; the computer, communication equipment (including the modem), phone, mobile phone (including smart mobile phones) and any equipment, hardware and software you may utilize for the purpose of using the Services and all ancillary functions, including information security.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,3,0\">5.4. <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,1,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"5\">\u201cSupporting Device\u201d<\/b> &#8211; a device that enables the download (and\/or update) of applications from the application store.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">(C) Terms of Use<\/h3>\n<ol start=\"6\" data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">All rights in the Digital Services, including their contents and anything detailed therein, as published from time to time on the Website and\/or the Application, are reserved exclusively to Expo Tel Aviv.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">The Digital Services are intended to assist and serve as an aid to the User for general and informative purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation and\/or opinion and\/or offer to purchase any product or to obtain any service. Therefore, any reliance by the User upon statements, opinions, advice or any other information displayed on the Website and\/or the Application shall be at their own discretion and under their sole responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\">It is made clear that the information that appears on the Website and\/or Application does not substitute a review of the materials held by Expo Tel Aviv, insofar as such materials are concerned, and\/or any information provided by Expo Tel Aviv, and does not impose on Expo Tel Aviv and\/or any other person associated with Expo Tel Aviv any obligation towards the person reviewing it and\/or using the information and\/or the Services and\/or anyone operating on their behalf.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,3,0\">The use of the Website and\/or the Application is under the sole responsibility of the User. Expo Tel Aviv and\/or its representatives (including its employees, directors, sub-contractors and affiliated third parties) shall not be held liable for any damage, including, without limitation, damage resulting from the use of the contents, the Website and\/or the Application, or the services provided therein or thereby.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,4,0\">Expo Tel Aviv shall not be held liable for any error or interruption, omission, addition, defect and\/or any other fault discovered in the text of the information appearing on the Website and\/or the Application, and the sole binding version shall be the original version of the information (legal provisions, agreement, tender documents, etc.), as published by and\/or as appears at Expo Tel Aviv and\/or its offices and\/or the Municipality of Tel Aviv and\/or other municipal corporations holding such information. For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms of Use do not grant you any right in Expo Tel Aviv\u2019s intellectual property, except for such limited and revocable right of use.
